FAQs
What services do you offer?
1
We offer the full service platform that includes the following:
Advisory, Design & Implementation - first step is to help you design the performance index model that fits your company and team objectives. We can back-test your own historical data to create the perfect model for your purposes
Per X Subscription - once the model is live, we provide the monthly service and maintenance of the platform at a very reasonable subscription that fits your organization.
Rewards Redemption - as employees earn points from their performance index each week, such points are accumulated into their personal Per X bank. Once they are ready to redeem, they will submit their request to be processed by us. We then send all redemption requests to you for approval and payment.

What makes you different?
3
Per X bridges the gap between your HR systems (HRIS), Workforce Management systems (WFM) and Reward & Recognition system. It does not replace any of them but instead complements them to elevate your performance management.
We take the data from your existing systems and apply our model and algorithm to create metadata. That metadata shows each of your team member’s performance index - a consolidation of several KPIs of your choice based on company and team KPI objectives. We then present it online to each employee and their managers so they can track their performance and their rewards regularly.
What is the ROI of this platform?
4
Per X is designed to pay for itself by improving how performance is measured and how incentive dollars are spent. Customers would typically see ROI in three ways:
Lower employee turnover - When employees clearly understand how performance drives pay and rewards, engagement and retention improve. Even small reductions in frontline attrition can generate meaningful savings, given the high cost of hiring and training replacements.
Higher productivity without higher payroll - Per X turns incentives into daily feedback. Employees know what actions matter and what they are earning in real time, which drives higher output and consistency—without increasing base compensation.
Smarter incentive spend - instead of spreading bonuses evenly or relying on manual adjustments, Per X directs incentive dollars to the right behaviors and top performers, improving return on incentive investment.
Fast time to value - Because Per X derives data with existing systems and does not require custom development, organizations typically begin seeing impact within the first few performance cycles.
In short, Per X helps organizations get more performance, better retention, and clearer accountability from the compensation dollars they already spend.
